How you can help

Golisano Children’s Hospital is committed to making a difference and providing the best possible care for children. And the community can help as the holiday season approaches.

The hospital is currently taking toy donations for its annual Child Life Christmas Wish List program. Your generous donation will help children, families, and caregivers have a joyous and fulfilling holiday season.

The deadline to donate is Dec. 23.

How to Donate

Just go to the Child Life Wish List below so you can pick something that supports the various needs of patients of all ages, including teenagers, said Michele King, director Child Advocacy Program.

Or you can choose your own toy that means something to you or will bring meaning to a child’s life.

To donate, simply bring the unwrapped toy to the Golisano Children’s Hospital, 9981 S. Healthpark Dr., Fort Myers. Come to the front desk, and the staff will take care of the rest. Or follow the Amazon link, pick out a toy, and have it shipped directly to the hospital.

Or follow the Amazon or Starlight link, pick out a toy, and have it shipped directly to the hospital.

How We Use Your Donations

Many of the toys listed will be used to support our annual Snow Pile Event where parents and caregivers can select toys and gifts for free for their hospitalized children and siblings. The toys are also used in activity rooms and for birthdays to keep patients happy, engaged, and feeling good about their treatment.
