About Our Pain Management Centers

The Pain Management Centers were established to help those living with chronic or acute pain. We offer evaluations, treatment and follow up for a wide range of pain conditions.

Providing treatment in the hospital and in offices/pain management clinics, Lee Health’s Pain Management Centers are committed to innovative care, patient education and personalized services for acute and chronic pain mangement.

If you have a pain condition, you should first receive an assessment by your primary care physician. Your doctor will refer you to us if a pain consultation is needed.

Our Approach

The causes of your pain will be thoroughly evaluated and a pain treatment program will be developed for your unique needs. We are focused on increasing your functional capabilities so you can live fully and comfortably.

Thanks to the clinical support of a fullservice hospital, you will receive services and treatment from a multidisciplinary team of pain care professionals. Our pain management doctors and staff provides an vast range of skills, training, experience and knowledge to ensure you receive exceptional care and pain relief.

Our team works closely with specialists in our community, including orthopedic surgeons, neurosurgeons, neurologists, psychiatrists, psychologists, physical therapists and primary care physicians to ensure your care is optimally coordinated.


You will receive an initial evaluation which consists of a review of your medical history, diagnosis and treatment plan. We also will review your treatments to date and alter or continue as needed.

We may refer you for additional diagnostic services.

The treatment plan will include:

  • Coordinated multi-disciplinary care and will be modified to fit your current needs such as the ability to walk
