Pennsy Presents at National Leadership and Clinical Summit
Discussion Focuses on Home Health Capabilities in Chronic Care
(Fort Myers, FL – Aug. 31, 2017) – Thomas “TJ” Pennsy, MBA, RRT, System Director of Lee Health Home Services, was a guest presenter at Remington’s 13th Annual Leadership & Clinical Summit in August. The two- and one-half-day event, held in Chicago, focused on “Vision 20/20 Transformation and Growth Opportunities in Chronic Care Management.” Hundreds of home health and hospice executives from across the U.S. attended the summit.
In his presentation, “Home Care’s Capabilities in Chronic Care Population Health,” Pennsy shared how Lee Health is investing in home health capabilities as a cost-effective solution for its population health strategy.
As System Director, Pennsy is responsible for the Home Health Services division which encompasses home health, telehealth, durable medical equipment, home infusion, senior case management (Senior Care Choices) and personal emergency response (Lifeline) programs for the health system.
