New Community Yoga Class Set to Begin Jan. 8
Lee Health’s Wellness Centers Hosting Yoga Classes at HealthPark Medical Center
(Fort Myers, Fla. – Dec. 19, 2017) --- Beginning Jan. 8, Lee Health’s Wellness Centers will offer Yoga at HealthPark Medical Center, 9981 S. HealthPark Dr., Ft Myers. This one-hour class will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays at 3:30 p.m. in the atrium on the fourth floor.
“Yoga is a great form of mind and body exercise because it can be modified,” explains Sarah Mitchell, certified health & wellness coach and health & wellness coordinator at the Lee Health Wellness Centers. “The classes at HealthPark Medical Center are a basic flow class, so they are great for participants of all levels—from the beginner to those who are more advanced.”
There is a $5 fee for each class, and participants should bring their own mats.
