Lee Health Offers Complete Health Improvement Program - Begins Feb. 2

(Fort Myers, Fl. – Jan. 5, 2017) --- Lee Health Solutions is offering “CHIP” – the Complete Health Improvement Program, a program developed by the Lifestyle Medicine Institute. The nine-week program is designed to reduce disease risk factors through the adoption of better health habits and appropriate lifestyle modifications. The goal is to lower blood cholesterol, hypertension, and blood sugar levels and reduce excess weight. CHIP is designed to attain the goal by improving dietary choices, enhancing daily exercise, increasing support systems and decreasing stress, thus aiding in preventing and reversing disease. Workshops are 1.5 hours each, twice per week for nine weeks and will be held at Cape Coral Hospital, beginning on Thursday, Feb. 2. Cost of the program is $599.

Thursday Jan. 12 6 p.m. Lee Memorial Hospital
Tuesday Jan. 17 5:30 p.m. Gulf Coast Medical Center
Thursday Jan. 19 5:30 p.m. HealthPark Medical Center
Tuesday Jan. 24 5:30 p.m. Cape Coral Hospital
Wednesday Jan. 25 5:30 p.m. Outpatient Center at The Sanctuary
