Dear Volunteer Applicant,

Thank you for your interest in the Lee Health Volunteer Program. We are continuously looking for motivated and caring individuals to work im many areas throughout the health system.

In order to qualify for the program, volunteers must:

  • Commit to at least four consecutive months from your start date.
  • Commit to volunteering a minimun of four hours a week, once a week.
  • Attend a 2.5 hour orientation session.
  • Complete a two-step Tuberculosis (TB) Test in one of our Employee Health offices.
  • Purchase a uniform shirt.
  • Have a flu shot during flu season (October - May) at our expense.
  • Have picture taken for a badge.
  • Submit an application.

Once your completed application has been received, we will conduct a background check, and contact you to confirm your attendance at orientation.
