         -The Board of County Commissioner through a partnership with several state and federal government agencies and the Lee County Sheriff Department.

                         When: Starting Monday, May 4th M - F 9 AM - 5 PM (This site will stop taking people at 3 PM)

         -A partnership between Walmart and Quest Diagnostics offers three testing sites in Lee County.

                         When: Monday through Friday 7 AM - 10 AM
                         Who: Anyone showing signs, health care providers, and first responders
                         How: By Appointment Only

                         When: Monday, Wednesday and Friday 7 AM - 9 AM (weather permitting)
                         Who: Anyone 18 years and older showing signs, health care providers, and first responders
