Lee Health has selected experienced healthcare leader Reema Narang to serve as the new chief strategy and innovation officer. With more than two decades of progressive leadership in healthcare, Narang brings unparalleled expertise in driving strategic transformation and organizational growth.
Narang's extensive experience spans across large health systems and national payers, where she has excelled at the intersection of strategy, operations, and finance. She has successfully guided complex healthcare organizations through strategic visioning, cost optimization, and value transformation. Narang has also championed initiatives in physician alignment, leveraged technology-enabled care models for growth, and navigated complex reimbursement shifts.
Narang will lead strategic planning and innovation aimed at identifying industry trends and business models that position Lee Health for success. She will focus on developing strategies that help us bring value to the patient while reducing the total cost of care. Additionally, Narang will work to define transformative payer strategies, aligning human, financial, and technological resources to drive innovation investments and ensure business agility.
Narang joins Lee Health from Advocate Health in Chicago, Illinois, where she was the senior vice president for strategic growth and transformation. Narang also served as the administrative officer for value-based care at the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio.

Narang earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Delhi, India and her Masters of Business Administration from the University of Connecticut. She also holds an executive certificate in Health Care Value from the Harvard Business School.
