Rybicki Promoted to Vice President of Outpatient Services at Lee Health

FORT MYERS, Fla. (Mar. 11, 2021) --- David Rybicki has been promoted to Vice President of Outpatient Services at Lee Health. In this role, he will guide outpatient strategy, provide leadership support to continue improvements in patient experience, access to care, quality and financial success as well as establish short and long term direction and objectives consistent with overall targeted system goals.

“Over the past decade, outpatient services has been one of the fastest growing segments of Lee Health and we expect that to accelerate in the future,” said David Cato, Chief Officer Outpatient and Hospital Operations and Post-Acute Care. “We are pleased to have David leading this segment. His talent and commitment to operational excellence, quality, safety and the patient experience will be instrumental in the success of our overall growth strategy.”

Rybicki has more than 27 years of service with Lee Health. Most recently, he spent four years as system director of outpatient operations and special projects where he was instrumental in the advancement of operations, project oversight, budget development, strategic growth and financial contribution to the system. Since joining Lee Health in 1993, Rybicki has served in a variety of leadership roles including oversight of significant growth initiatives of both adult and pediatric specialties to support community access to care.
