Dane Allen is a nationally recognized expert in corporate governance who has worked with boards of complex business organizations. He also has more than 30 years of experience as a business lawyer with experience in a variety of complex business transactions. Dane serves on the Committee on Governance for the American Hospital Association. He was elected to the Lee Health Board of Directors in 2022.
