Hospital Standard Charges
Lee Health recognizes the importance of patients’ access to information and is committed to helping patients better anticipate out-of-pocket costs for a specific service or course of treatment. The links below can provide further guidance on our charges which complies with Affordable Care Act Section 2718(e) of the Public Health Service Act. The law requires that each hospital operating within the United States, for each year, establish and make public a list of the hospital’s standard charges for items and services provided by the hospital. Lee Health’s Charge Description Master, also known as CDM, contains the prices of all services, goods and procedures for which a separate charge exists.
Important note: The list of charges on the CDM is not an estimate of your out-of-pocket costs for services at Lee Health. Your out-of-pocket costs will depend upon actual services that you receive; and any insurance coverage you may have.
