  I liked the fact that Dr. Zavin personally called me to discuss my imaging results. In my personal experience, I have only been called by nurses or medical assistants.   If it hadn't been for a suggestion from the ER at Coconut Point that I attend an [ ] management course I would never have gotten in to see Dr. Zavin. Romy [ ] actually got on the phone to get me an appointment with a pulmonologist (Dr. Zavin). I had been waiti ng a year for someone to call to schedule an appointment. I truly feel Romy [ ] saved my life! Because of her phone call I was able to see Dr. Zavin who prescribed medication that has enabled me to live my life with COPD much easier. ... See more
