Alysa Memoli, DNP, ARNP, FNP-C, brings heartfelt passion and a lifelong dedication to healthcare to her role at Lee Health. Inspired by strong healthcare role models within her own family—her godmother, a nurse for over 40 years, and her cousin, an x-ray technician—Alysa knew from a young age that she was meant to serve others through medicine. She is particularly drawn to the dynamic and investigative nature of Infectious Diseases, a field she finds both intellectually stimulating and profoundly rewarding. Alysa enjoys working closely with her patients to uncover the “why” and “how” behind various infectious conditions, ensuring they understand every step of their care. Through education, collaboration, and empathy, she empowers patients to take an active role in managing their health. A proud Southwest Florida native, Alysa is deeply committed to giving back to the community that shaped her. She treats every patient like family—delivering compassionate, high-quality care and building trusted relationships rooted in respect and understanding. As a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and graduate of Florida State University, Alysa serves as a valued member of the Heart Institute and Infectious Disease team, contributing to better outcomes and a healthier Southwest Florida, one patient at a time.

    Nurse Barb is the nurse we have dealt with the most. She is amazing. Makes us feel like family. Very competent in how she handles her duties. She is the best. Also Charmaine at the Metro front desk. She always remembers us and is so helpful with everything.
