Dr. April DePombo, DO, is a Pediatric Hematologist/Oncologist with a broad range of clinical interests, including the treatment of hemophilia, sickle cell disease, leukemia, lymphoma, solid tumors, as well as providing specialized care for adolescent cancer and young adult cancer patients. She is also skilled in immunotherapy, home health, pediatric intensive care, and surgical oncology, offering comprehensive care to her patients at various stages of their treatment journey.
Dr. DePombo earned her medical degree from Lincoln Memorial University DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine in Harrogate, TN. She completed her residency at Miami Children’s Hospital in Miami, FL, followed by a fellowship at MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, TX, one of the leading cancer centers in the world. Dr. DePombo is board-certified in Pediatric Hematology-Oncology and Pediatrics. She treats a wide range of patients, including children, adolescents, and young adults, with a focus on providing personalized, cutting-edge care for those battling cancer and blood disorders.
