  I am responding for my mother, as I was on the phone during her appointment. April was wonderful with her - she is 90 with not a lot of historical issues. April explained things clearly and was firm but warm and listened well to her concerns and also came in t o facilitate heart monitor placement, when she was reluctant to go forward with that.
