    Dr Horner is one, if not THE, best physicians I have ever personally encountered in my experiences within the medical field. He explained interpretations concerning my condition that satisfied many many of the dangerous fears of the unknown that were never exp lained to me before. My general outlook in the future was enlightened by Dr Horner…what a wonderful Doctor and what a tremendous Human Being! I am forever thankful that I changed to him!!!     Nurse Donna and the front desk staff were all super friendly and welcoming. Dr. Horner was also very friendly, professional and addressed all our questions patiently and thoroughly. We are happy to have him on board as a provider!
