Biography

Dr. Smith originally studied biomedical engineering but always had an interest in medicine from a young age. In medical school, she developed a particular interest in neurology, as she imagined it as a complex electrical system.

Specifically, she enjoyed learning about the physiology and treatment of epilepsy because of the profound impact that seizure control has on patients' quality of life.

She sees her role mostly as an educator and advocate, informing patients about their possible diagnosis and treatment options so they are empowered to make decisions best for their situation.

    Dr.Christine Smith(MD) is an excellent doctor. She explained my condition to me in a way I understood. Even though I have been a RN for 30.years, ,I am a patient, not a RN at this visit. The MA, was Rebecca , she was professional & empathetic.

    The front desk staff was super helpful working with me with an insurance issue I had. They were patient and diligent in following up with both me and the insurance company, all while providing friendly service. The back office staff I encountered were professi onal and friendly. Dr. Smith listens, explains and seems genuinely invested in helping me. I never felt rushed or, more importantly, had any concern of mine dismissed, which is frustratingly all too common. I am very happy with Dr. Smith, the treatment she has recommended and the the entire staff. Highly recommend.

    The nurses and Dr. Christine were fantastic! They took the time to listen and were very friendly despite the stress of a new software program being installed just hours before. Would highly recommend Dr. Christine and the staff of this neurology office to anyo ne!

    Neurologist's in general never seem to have a very good bedside manner. Christine was very informative

    Dr. Smith herself. She called me at home the next afternoon after she looked into my problem some more and studied on it and decided I needed a different test. She has really been on top off my problems. Really thankful for her!!!!

    I'm thought Dr. Smith was excellent. She spent a long time with me explaining my health issues I had in the hospital plus answering my questions. She is a very dedicated doctor
