    Dr.MacArthur is a Great doctor and great at keeping us informed with test results and plans that are going to happen during my child’s stay. Also CNA Shelby she has been incredibly awesome and has made my child feel more comfortable during his stays he has def initely opened up to her she is awesome ! Morning Nurse Andrew he has been great he is so patient and understanding with my child we love him as well. Night Nurse Ariel she is great with my child as well . I could continue naming more nurses that have been great with my child during every different stay ! For the most part the nurses that have been caring for my child have been awesome!

    Everyone who could get away made it into [ ], and it was amazing. The thoughtfulness Child Life put into the party was amazing. Very very special event and we couldn’t be happier. Thank you.

    The entire staff at the Naples infusion center is amazing! Infusions are hard enough but being [ ] on top of it makes it more difficult! Every month they have everything ready that he needs, to help him through. I know they go out of their way for him and I ca n’t thank them enough!

    Dr. McArthur and his whole team, as well as the anesthesiology team performed a procedure for our son on a [ ] because we had a planned vacation for the following week when he was supposed to have the [ ]. Stephanie, the CNA, Madison, the RN that took care of him was super supportive and encouraging, as this was his [ ].

    The doctor and nurses were the most kindest people I have met in a long time. I would definitely recommend this office. I also wanted to say how happy I was with the girl who came in to help get my daughter relaxed before her [ ] she was the sweetest most help ful person and made everything much smoother. I was overall so happy with this visit.

    This group was amazing! Starting g fron the front desk girls to the RNS ND the MAs. They go above and beyond to helping you and making you fill so comfortable with your children's care. They are an amazing group and you can see the loving and caring through ev ery single person there

    There is a reason this doctor works with children. He was wonderful with my daughter. He came in with a smile and made her feel calm and at ease. He answered all of our questions and more. He made sure we were knowledgeable before leaving.

    Jess and Aubrey the CNA's both went above and beyond to make sure that Karsen and I have everything we need and then some. Kelley and Chelsea were not our main nurses this time, but they still went above and beyond to help [ ] at all times. They always go that extra mile to make him smile and to me that means the world. They engage in his shenanigans which helps the five day day go much faster. We are so grateful for the two of them.

    My son has been attending a lot of medical appointments recently in various hospitals and departments, and this has been by far our best experience. We had no wait for our appointment. The nurses and other team members were so compassionate. Doctor M was extre mely kind and thorough. Thank you!!

    Overall every step of this appt was amazing. The front desk ladies, the nurse and the doctor! Can't explain how hard it is for staff anywhere even medically to have good attitude these days and each person was such a delight and made my daughter so comfortable
