The nurses, Britney, Katie, and the others that we didn't catch their names were extremely attentive and very sweet and nice during the infusion. Dr. Mac is always great and makes the difficult situation so much more tolerable.

Madison, our nurse went above and beyond, as usual taking care of our son and explaining everything and being patient with him. She was amazing. Dr. Mac is always amazing and we were happy to have him back!

I never seen a time like that all my life. They were pleasant, smiling from front desk to the doctor office. The doctor was so good explained everything in detail. And the next day he called me personally to explain me te test results. I was so please.

Dr. MacArthur always spends time with [ ] while explaining care and current concerns with family. Linda did vitals and got us situated in a room. She noticed my [ ] and carried the clinic bag we bring for us! This last visit we had Kate, she ensured I knew the dosage of all medications including one that is also used at home. This was important as the one used at home prn would be given as full daily dose. Great team!

Katie our nurse is so absolutely amazing, [ ] is autistic and he was having a hard time that day, and she talked him through to entire IV and helped him through the [ ] he had this particular day! She had the patience, listening skills and and the instinct to take her cue from him. It was amzing to watch and it relieves my stress as well. She's very gifted with special needs children and I for one can't say enough how she relieves the anxiety he had and how she helped him work through it and even got a smile in the end. She is a gift to your infusion center! Sincerely [ ]
