Dr. MacArthur always spends time with [ ] while explaining care and current concerns with family. Linda did vitals and got us situated in a room. She noticed my [ ] and carried the clinic bag we bring for us! This last visit we had Kate, she ensured I knew the dosage of all medications including one that is also used at home. This was important as the one used at home prn would be given as full daily dose. Great team!

Katie our nurse is so absolutely amazing, [ ] is autistic and he was having a hard time that day, and she talked him through to entire IV and helped him through the [ ] he had this particular day! She had the patience, listening skills and and the instinct to take her cue from him. It was amzing to watch and it relieves my stress as well. She's very gifted with special needs children and I for one can't say enough how she relieves the anxiety he had and how she helped him work through it and even got a smile in the end. She is a gift to your infusion center! Sincerely [ ]

Every person that helped us was magnificent and we received the best care.Linda, the first nurse was so friendly, approachable, and simply wonderful.Dr. MacArthur is the best specialist I have ever taken my daughter to. He truly loves his job and is outstandin g with kids.I do not remember the name of the young, slim lady who took blood from my daughter for lab work. She was great as well, she has easiness on dealing with kids, so nice and patient.

Due to my son's lower than hoped for (but not surprisingly) numbers, Nurse Katie and Dr MacArthur paid especially close attention to symptoms and a plan of care to get back on track. [ ] in our community continue to contribute to this issue.

Katie his nurse and Stephanie from Child Life really helped calm him during his port access. He was full of [ ] and Stephanie really went out of her way to calm him down and make sure he was feeling better about the day and understood everything before leaving his side. Katie was amazing when he had a reaction to a medicine. All of the nurses were great.

Every single staff member demonstrates excellence every single time we are there. The office staff never misses a beat when something wrong happens on our end which invariably does (such as running extremely late, forgetting to put lidocaine cream on [ ], forg etting to pick up his medication while still in Lee County, inability to make it on critical date, etc. Jo, the office staff supervisor (or manager?), ALWAYS finds a palatable solution that works with us and Dr. MacArthur. Jo always remains cheerful and compassionate no matter what we've thrown at her. Jo knows that certain things are beyond our control, just goes with it, and gets it taken care of. She passes no judgment (when it IS within our control) and just deals with whatever it is. The office staff follow her lead and work efficiently as a group. Jo has made nearly 3 years of [ ] significantly less stressful than it would have been without her and that is an understatement!

Never met a physician that was so down to earth and treated us with so much care. Dr and staff were amazing.

I was very impressed with our treatment this time. The doctor came in to check on both my daughter and myself and was happy to go over any test results or questions I might have had. Our usual experience is that we see the physician at the beginning of our vis it and that is it. Both the nurse and the doctor we had were extremely attentive and checked on her multiple times throughout her [service]. Both the nurse and the doctor showed caring and understanding. I was very impressed. It was the best visit we have had since she has started her treatments have started well over a year ago. I was also impressed at the level at which the nurse followed the treatment plan including having child life and music therapy present. I hope to have more of the same experiences in the future.
