DeLayna Horsford, M.D. is a board-certified Family Medicine physician with a deep commitment to community health. Raised in Port Charlotte, Florida, she returned to Southwest Florida to complete her residency at FSU Family Medicine - Lee Memorial after earning her medical degree from Saint George's University in Grenada. Dr. Horsford's passion for serving her community and promoting health equity inspired her to stay with Lee Health after completing her residency in 2019. She focuses on building strong patient relationships and providing compassionate, comprehensive care that aligns with her vision of community-focused medicine. Known for her approachable and caring demeanor, Dr. Horsford is dedicated to improving the well-being of her patients and actively engaging in the community she calls home.
