    The Dr followed up on a concern I’ve had for many years that no other drs. Bothered to look into… and turns out there WAS a reason to be concerned… and now my daughter will finally be getting some specialty care and follow up diagnostics.

    From the entrance to the front desk and seeing Dr Draco ! Amazing! Absolutely! Amazing ! Our experience was exceptional! Very thorough, informative,knowledgeable, empathetic- and aware of his autism which made me feel like I didn’t have to give so much detail because the MA to drago you can tell they read his chart and was up to date. Very good experience

    The office got us in quickly for a sick visit. Dr Drago spent a lot of time with us and answered all of my questions.

    I was given wrong info from the call service on what time to call for appt so there were no appts by the time I called at 8am. Nurse Tiffany (I think) spoke with me bc I wanted to see if they could just call in drops for [ ]. She explained why [] needed to be seen and asked if I wanted her to talk to Dr. Drago about getting her an appt. I declined bc the only available were very far away offices and I have multiple children in different schools. I said I would take her to urgent care. After I dropped off my son at his school, I drove to the closest urgent care and while sitting in the waiting room not yet checked in, Dr. Drago called me personally and offered for me to bring [ ] right in. Which is what we decided to do as we would much rather see her pediatrician than urgent care. So thankful for the nurse who took the initiative to talk to the doctor and then the doctor for working me into her schedule and calling personally. Can’t thank you enough!
