  Paula had a great smile as soon we arrived make my 4 year old feels comfortable .the Nurse who help us was very nice and respectful Dr Torres was very nice with Mayda make her feel great , she was very informative In overall was a great experience.

  There was a medical assistant training with a more veteran nurse or medical assistant. She did an excellent job in overseeing her practice with my son and providing feedback to her which made me feel great about the training program and the competence of the t eam at large. ... See more

  We had a young lady named Asia, I believe. She was the first medical professional that [ ] and any type of medical setting causes him great distress. Asia was extremely patient with him when she seen him having a hard time. She wanted to ensure [ ] that nothin g would hurt him. Asia made [ ] feel comfortable enough to hold her hands for a moment. He doesn't warm up to strangers, especially in a medical setting. However, he did with Asia. When she had to put drops in his eyes and this made him upset Asia apologized that she broke the trust she had developed with him. There are times when we have to force [ ] to do something that he doesn't like so we were understanding of all the medical procedures that were done during the exam. But the fact that she took the time to talk with him all throughout the time we spent with her was very kindhearted. I appreciated her patience and care of him. ... See more

  Very patient and understanding with my child's condition and it's not easy dealing with children with my child's condition but really did an amazing job handling the situation. They were great.
