Biography

Evan Theoharis, MD FACOG, is passionate about caring for women throughout all stages of their lives.  He is especially interested in Minimally Invasive Gynecology and can offer women less invasive surgical options for quicker recovery and less pain.  He’s been practicing for over 30 years and has taught physicians from all over the world how to perform advanced gynecologic procedures.  In addition to treating patients, he serves as Medical Director of the Lee Physician Group OB/GYN Department.

    I came home and told .y friend about how pleased I was with everyone at this office. From the front desk staff to Dr. Theoharis and his nurse, everyone was very nice. It was a really good first visit.

    I recently had an appointment with Dr. Theoharis, and I was thoroughly impressed with the experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease. Dr Theoharis took the time to listen attentively to all of my concerns and didn't rush through the consultation.     We’ve had 2 visits to this location including the most recent one. The entire staff at the cafe is so nice. They remembered my daughter and I from our first visit. They had a genuine concern for her well being as they also recalled why we were there before. Th is makes the vision very clear concerning LPG, its employees/staff, and patients. Giving patients the appropriate healthcare is their priority. I appreciate everyone’s greeting, directions, help, and well wishes. The drive is well worth this type of care.

    This was my first visit with the doctor to become established as a new and long time patient. His bedside manner was excellent and he was extremely knowledgeable, communicative and friendly thru my experience. Definitely found my new long term Gynecologist for women's care.

    The MA was reassuring when I began to get emotional. Dr. Theoharis took time to listen to my concerns. He showed true empathy. He was focused on my concerns and not just getting through the visit. I went into the visit somewhat hopeless and discouraged and lef t with a plan and feeling validated and cared for.
