Biography

Dr Correnti has been providing compassionate neurosurgical care in Fort Myers since 1995. He takes pride in listening closely to his patients and educating them on their disease process. He will often initially prescribe conservative treatment such as physical therapy or pain management. If that fails, he will perform world-class neurosurgical procedures, ranging from decompressive microsurgery, complex spinal instrumentation, and intracranial microsurgery for brain tumors, trauma and hemorrhages using the latest technology available.

He has served as Chairman of the Department of Surgery, and Chief of Staff, and continues to serve on the Medical Executive Committee and is the Chief of the Division of Neurosurgery at Gulf Coast Medical Center

The preop nurse deserves special mention( I wish I remembered her name ). She allayed all of my fears and trepidations.
