Biography

Dr Correnti has been providing compassionate neurosurgical care in Fort Myers since 1995. He takes pride in listening closely to his patients and educating them on their disease process. He will often initially prescribe conservative treatment such as physical therapy or pain management. If that fails, he will perform world-class neurosurgical procedures, ranging from decompressive microsurgery, complex spinal instrumentation, and intracranial microsurgery for brain tumors, trauma and hemorrhages using the latest technology available.

He has served as Chairman of the Department of Surgery, and Chief of Staff, and continues to serve on the Medical Executive Committee and is the Chief of the Division of Neurosurgery at Gulf Coast Medical Center

    Dr Correnti saved my life and is a very skilled Dr. He is not only an angel to me but also my hero. I had a mass that was very large and connected with [ ]. His skill as a surgeon was amazing. 1 year later and not a trace of that mass. Not only has he taken gr eat care of my health, but also, he is lovely to speak with at every appointment. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. I highly recommend becoming his patient!

    The whole experience was exceptional .The ladies at the front desk were welcoming with cheerful smiles which made a great first impression. The medical assistant was very thorough and professional. Niki explained every step of her exam and answered questions. Dr Correnti was very patient in answering all of my questions and explaining the MRI findings. He was thorough in his exam explaining the reasons for my pain and outlined a great plan of care! I am so glad I chose Dr. Correnti as my physician. Thank you to Dr Correnti and his staff for your kindness and professionalism.

    The staff was very welcoming and if you want the truth dr correnti is your guy! I appreciate the no nonsense approach i want the facts and i felt he gave them at the visit. He is confident he can help me but encouraged me to get a second opinion if i was unsur e. Not rushing me to make a decision is also a sign of a good doc. I feel confident i have chosen the right guy.
