Biography
Dr. Sirbiladze uses evidence-based medicine to help care for his patients’ neurological conditions. He believes in developing a culture of trust and mutual respect, and he collaborates with his patients to determine the best individualized approach and help make the best medical decisions.
Dr. Sirbiladze treats a wide variety of neurological disorders from epilepsy to neuromuscular disorders as well as headaches and movement disorders. Dr. Sirbiladze underwent an extra year of training in Clinical Neurophysiology and performs neuro-diagnostic studies such as nerve conduction with electromyography (NCS/EMG) and electroencephalography (EEG).
Knowing that most neurologic conditions are chronic, Dr. Sirbiladze aims to build a long-term relationship with his patients to help them navigate their neurologic conditions and maintain a good quality of life.

Dr.Sirbiladze is fantastic. He takes the time to test the patient as well as answer all the questions we had without feeling rushed. He also took the time to go over the medications and provide new ones based on my dad's current state. He is a fabulous doctor
