Biography
Dr. Guillermo Cuna is originally from the Philippines, where he graduated medical school at Romualdez Medical Foundation College of Medicine. His residency was at the Howard University Hospital in Washington, D.C., and he is board certified in Family Medicine. He is fluent in English and Tagalog.
He has a holistic approach to patient care, getting to know patients' medical conditions and how their professional and personal lives affect these. He has a compassionate and easy-going approach, making the visits as comfortable as possible. So don’t be surprised if he cracks a joke or two: He’s dabbling in stand-up in case the day job doesn’t pan out.
Dr Cuna loves music, plays bossa nova guitar and pays a trainer to torture him regularly at the local gym.
His motto is YOLO. So live well and be happy!
