    Very professional and so kind with Francy She spoke directly to her asking her questions and really listening to the responses. She is wonderful with children. I felt like Francy was treated with respect and she was given top notch care.

    We had an amazing experience during my son [ ]. From the [ ] scheduling to the wonderful Holly Grimes to Dr. [ ], Dr. [ ] and the entire staff we are very greatful for the kindness and care they all provide. Holly is so wonderful, she goes above and beyond. Sh e takes the time to listen and explain everything very well. Dr. [ ] did my son [ ] and his bedside manners are top notch. Also nurse Natalie [ ], she was fantastic keeping in touch with me through my chart. She will answer any concerns within minutes. We are very pleased with her and all she done for us. Thank you to all the Pediatric Urology personnel for taking such good care of my son.

    I have always liked Holly; however, this visit far exceeded my expectations. She spoke with my daughter and explained things in a way that made sense to my daughter. I left there knowing we will never see anyone else, anywhere else, for this issue because we f inally found who we are meant to be with. I appreciate Holly so much for the time she spent with us and the consideration that she showed for my feelings as well as my daughters.
