  I've tried counseling on a few occasions previously, but every time I tried, my therapists were poor listeners and would only tell me things I knew already. I had actually given up on the idea of therapy completely, until I started going to Dr. Hidalgo. She's nice, she listens, and I immediately felt comfortable with her. She doesn't shrug off the things I tell her, she genuinely considers everything I say. I like how she assigns me things to do between sessions, such as worksheets or activities.
