Dr. Janine Harewood is originally from Barbados. She was the recipient of the University of West Indies Open Scholarship in Medical School and has previous research experience in breast cancer and quality improvement. Dr. Harewood has published multiple review articles, book chapters and case reports. She has also held many administrative positions throughout her career. She is an advocate for under-represented/at risk populations and a healthy lifestyle.
