Biography

Originally from South Carolina, Dr. Smith trained in Detroit, Ml, and is excited to be relocating to Fort Myers, FL to be closer to family and once again live in the sunny south! Growing up in a family full of women, he developed a strong sense of advocacy for women's and gender-diverse individual's health rights and access to care.

Dr. Smith loves practicing Obstetrics & Gynecology because, in his opinion, it is the most unique and rewarding field of medicine. He takes pride in helping his patients bring new life into the world. He also enjoys providing evidence-based practices and up-to-date medical knowledge to his patients so they can feel more empowered to make decisions about their health, wellness, and reproductive planning.
