Originally from Southwest Florida, Dr. De Francesco is thrilled to return to her roots and serve the community she grew up in. Known for her patient-centered approach, thoughtful communication, and dedication to improving the well-being of families throughout Southwest Florida, Dr. De Francesco is committed to improving lives through accessible, responsive, and compassionate care. She strives to create a welcoming and supportive environment for her patients, ensuring they feel heard, respected, and empowered to take charge of their health. Dr. De Francesco completed her medical degree at the Florida State University College of Medicine and went on to complete her residency in Family Medicine at the FSU Lee Health Family Medicine Residency Program in Fort Myers. Throughout her training and practice, she has remained dedicated to building long-lasting relationships with her patients, guiding them through all stages of life with care and understanding.
