    Miss Jennifer was wonderful. She explained everything to me better than my Cardiologist. She left me feeling much safer about my condition than I was before. Thanks to her and my Primary Doctor for sending me to her. I feel great. Can’t wait to see her again. Thank you Miss Jennifer.

    This visit was such an invaluable experience. Jennifer and staff did such a great job. When you leave the hospital after such a major event, you’re still in [ ]. Running on [ ] so to speak… This appointment really helped to be able to understand what was going on, what I needed to do, what to be aware of, and how everything ties together so that I can move forward with the knowledge and ability to really take care of myself in a positive direction. This was probably the most thorough medical appointment I have had as to discussion and understanding. I cannot express enough, how important this “transition“ appointment is especially for a patient navigating new territory with something as critical as our heart health. Jennifer is compassionate, knowledgeable, and made both my wife and I feel at ease. Not sure if this sort of thing is pretty standard across the country, but Lee Health definitely has it right!
