Biography

Jesus Diaz, MD, knew he wanted to be a doctor when he was a child and lived across from a hospital in Sancti Spiritus, Cuba. He was inspired by the dedication and sacrifice of the doctors with their patients, always helping people in need.

He is passionate about internal medicine because it allows him to get to know his patients. Dr. Diaz enjoys educating patients on healthy lifestyle modifications and chronic disease management.

When Dr. Diaz moved to Cape Coral, he knew he found the right place to live. He considers Southwest Florida as his hometown in the United States. He is excited to serve the community to improve the quality of life for those in need of primary care.

    This was my first visit - more of a meet and greet. We talked about my past medical records and current care i sm getting from my cardiologist. Dr gave Lab orders so he and I can get a more current picture of my health

    Dr. Diaz was very helpful in explaining my condition and what should be done about it. His assistant, who I unfortunately don't remember his name, was very thorough, friendly and efficient. More important - they both showed concern for the redness in my left e ye and what was the probable cause of the condition.
