  I saw Dr Dusseau for a first visit. He was extremely courteous and friendly and had an excellent command of [ ] . We completely reviewed my imaging studies and he performed a good neurological exam. His approach is one of conservatism and would not recommend [ ] unless it was absolutely indicated. He also encouraged me to see a neurologist and another neurosurgeon for other opinions if I desired it. All in all it was a wonderful interaction and I look forward to continuing my care with him.
