Jorge Diaz, MD

Jorge Diaz, MD, is a pediatrician specializing in Pediatric Behavioral Health with a focus on the mental and emotional well-being of children and adolescents. His clinical interests include the treatment of depression, anxiety, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), bipolar disorder, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Dr. Diaz completed his Medical Degree at the University of Medical Sciences in Villa Clara, Cuba. He pursued his Psychiatry Residency at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai at Elmhurst Hospital Center in Elmhurst, NY. Following this, he completed a Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship at Mount Sinai at the same hospital. Dr. Diaz is fluent in both English and Spanish, making his services accessible to a diverse patient population.
