Biography
Kelsey Berberich, APRN, is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner who brings extensive experience and clinical expertise to the field of neurosurgery. Her clinical interests include neurotrauma, spinal disorders and fusions, brain and spinal tumors, and complex vascular conditions such as strokes, aneurysms, arteriovenous malformations (AVMs), and carotid stenosis. Passionate about delivering care at a critical and complex level, Kelsey is deeply committed to improving outcomes for patients facing neurologic and spinal conditions. She draws on a strong foundation in critical care medicine, providing patients with advanced, evidence-based interventions while ensuring compassionate support throughout their treatment journey. Kelsey completed her graduate studies at the University of South Florida, where she earned her Master of Science in Nursing. She is board-certified as an Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP). Her academic and clinical training has shaped a comprehensive, patient-centered approach focused on education, prevention, and long-term health management. Having grown up in both New York and Florida, Kelsey has a unique ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds. She is especially passionate about educating patients on lifestyle modifications and chronic disease management, empowering them to take an active role in their health and recovery. As a trusted member of the Lee Health Musculoskeletal Institute, she is proud to help patients reclaim function, independence, and quality of life.
