  Laverne Jones was excellent in every way. She asked questions with a smile and has a calming method of presenting required activities. Her professionalism was excellent and aided by friendliness that has not been shown by others in this group. Testing was expl ained carefully and much clearer than others have presented. I would recommend her to any of my friends.   She consistently has trouble being set up for and smoothly engaging in virtual appointments. Having her spend time before the appointment to be ready with the technology, what’s on her screens, etc., would be helpful. She spending much of the appointment makin g her own notes in the chart and could be more focused on directly engaging with the patient. ... See more
