Dr. Fadley has found delivering longitudinal care to patients and families across generations to be immensely rewarding and enjoys caring for patients of all ages.  He is dedicated to a practice of medicine that integrates all aspects of each individual’s lifestyle with the most up-to-date, evidence-based medicine to help patients achieve their health goals. He is excited to apply his experience working with a variety of patients previously in the Midwest and New England to Southwest Florida and the communities within which he serves.

    This was my first visit with Dr Fadley I found him to be very kind and caring. The young lady the Nurse that usually works there and takes my vitals is always very pleasant. Patient , kind and always has smile on her face. Lee health is very lucky to have such a compassionate nurse.
