  Chanel, at the front desk, was wondeful and professional, and very personable. I really enjoyed speaking with her about my care and necessary items to be completed. Also, Dr. Michael was phenomenal; he was very patient, explained everything thoroughly, constan tly asked questions for clarification and to ensure I was following along. He was very friendly in his demeanor and not overly technical without explanation.
