Michelle Hoffman, M.D., FAAP is a Pediatric Infectious Diseases specialist.
Dr. Hoffman grew up in far northern New York State, near Canada. She enjoys camping, hiking, swimming, cycling, and spending quality time with her husband, dog, and family. She lived in Chicago, IL and Omaha, NE for her medical training before moving to Southwest Florida to provide specialized care for children with infectious diseases.
She is passionate about preventing childhood infections through immunizations as evidenced by her role as an American Academy of Pediatrics Immunization Expert. She loves being a pediatric infectious diseases doctor because it gives her the opportunity to take time to really listen to her patient’s and parents’ concerns, investigate their presenting symptoms, educate them about their diagnosis, and ultimately to help kids feel better.
