I felt that the visit was excellent because Natalie talked to my daughter during the visit. Often as a special needs child Arianna isn't usually asked to answer questions.

Ms. Williams knew my sons case before we got there and asked a lot of questions that made me feel that my son was getting the appropriate treatment. We were given plenty of time to go over everything and ask questions which allowed me to leave there with a hig h-level peace of mind. I really felt valued as a parent. Thank you for providing exceptional care!

This was the first time my husband and I actually felt heard and not rushed or dismissed at any appointment for our children or ourselves. Natalie really took her time to both listen to and explain things to our son as well.
