  One of the front desk girls was most helpful explaining how to get to his office. Parking is at a premium and I had a tough time finding the office from where I parked. She led me to the office by phone and it worked out perfectly. Every one was waiting on my arrival and welcomed me into the office.   This office as I see has made massive changes to the front desk for the better. Prior to these changes there was only one person in that area showed the respect patients deserve. Staff need to understand hey work for the patient not the other way around. Docto r office are the same as an attorney or general contractor we hire them for service to provide us and they can be responsible for a doctor to lose patients.   Dr Naik is extremely intelligent and explains everything in a way you can understand. He put both my husband and myself at ease explaining the plan of care. Unfortunately, we cannot remember her name, but there is a beautiful lady who is at the front desk wind ow, who is absolutely amazing!
