Biography
Dr. Mills is a psychologist who has worked in the mental health field for over 35 years, providing evidence-based psychological services to adolescents and adults with various mental health diagnoses. She is dedicated to helping others navigate the process of understanding themselves and their conditions, gain skills, build their own inner resources, and progress towards their goals. Dr. Mills has worked in the VA Hospital with PTSD, MST and substance abuse, within DOD Military Base Integrated Family Medicine Clinics, private practice, domestic violence offender treatment programming, the Florida state prison system, the public school system, and taught within the University of North Dakota Counseling Psychology Department and the University of North Dakota Medical School.
