Shannon Cragin, FNP-C, is passionate about family medicine because it allows her to make caring, long-term relationships with patients and families while managing their health and wellness goals, and preventing illness. She is excited to educate patients on healthy lifestyle modifications, chronic disease management, and preventative health recommendations. Shannon is eager to give back to her community by improving the quality of life for all she cares for.

    Shannon is my favorite person to go to at this practice and I always ask for her even over my primary who I don�t like at all. In fact, I am switching primaries. Shannon listens and is caring and kind and we need more medical professionals like her.

    I love Shannon. This is my second time seeing Shannon and she makes me so comfortable and listens closely to everything I have to say. She looks for answers and due to my complex medical background will always stop and ask if there is any question about treatm ent for me. I have no problem seeing her when Dr. [ ] is booked. Both are a blessing and I wish I could see them for everything.
