  The support staff was extremely helpful and kind. On the day before the [ ] I expressed my unhappiness with having to go without coffee once I woke up and until the [ ] was completed. I expressed this to a person who called to remind me of the visit the next d ay. At the time I checked in the person on the front desk, remember that conversation and offered me coffee at the conclusion of the [ ]. True to form the staff did supply coffee, which made the visit much more tolerable they’re kindness, graciousness, concern, and good nature is much to be recognized and rewarded, I did not ask but , I think that had I expressed that I was hungry haven’t had to go without food they might have shared A bagel. Special kudos to the wonderful people who made the visit so much easier than I’ve experienced in the past at different facility. ... See more
