    Kyle was the MA that roomed me, he was professional and efficient at his job. Dr Laies, was exceptional. she gave me her full attention and was incredibly knowledgeable and gave me insight on my diagnosis that I had never heard before. The Dr and the staff wer e amazing, 5 Stars to them all.

    Lori was so very helpful, answered all my calls and questions and stayed on top of my labs when no one else did.... She was a great help to me....We need more like Lori at the front desk, on the phone ECT!!!!! Thank you to her for making my appointment go very smooth.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

    Kristina, Medical Asst was extremely helpful and kind during my intake info yesterday. Also, Lori at the Front Desk was super nice on the phone getting me setup initially with Dr. Laies. Dr. Laies was very reassuring and thorough in my appt yesterday. I feel v ery well taken care of my medical needs.

    The nurse, I believe her name was Christina was outstanding. From the time I walked into the door until the time I saw the doctor I felt that it was the right choice coming. I felt like someone really cared about me. They treated me with kindness and knowledge . I am so glad I found Dr. Laies and the office in Cape Coral on Del Prado

    The check-in lrocess was very smooth with attentive, positivity. The medical assistant, Alex, was very kind, friendly, and attentive. The check-out was efficient, friendly, and helpful. A++ on the office, the staff, the provider, and my whole experience!! As a type one diabetic and a patient for the majority of my life, this experience was phenomenal!!
