Stephen Wannah, MD, is a dedicated Hospital Medicine physician at Lee Health, where he plays a vital role in caring for patients during some of their most vulnerable moments. He earned his medical degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine and completed his residency in Family Medicine at St. Luke’s Sacred Heart. Dr. Wannah is deeply committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care with a personal touch—treating not just the condition, but the whole person. His approach to medicine emphasizes compassion, communication, and collaboration, ensuring that every patient feels seen, heard, and supported throughout their hospital stay. As a hospitalist, Dr. Wannah works closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver seamless, coordinated care and improve outcomes for patients with complex medical needs.
