Biography

Dr. Moschos became interested in psychology after working as a special education teacher in early intervention and with adults with low-incidence disabilities. Working in both school and clinical settings, Dr. Moschos seeks to help children, teens, and their families embrace their strengths and needs, and develop skills to live a rich and meaningful life. She is especially passionate about helping children and teens with severe behavior problems and co-morbid psychiatric disorders learn emotion regulation, effective communication, and mindfulness skills. Dr. Moschos seeks to help people of all ages understand the relationship between thoughts, emotions, and behavior to manage the challenges of being human, while creating a life of joy and meaning.
