    Tammy Lewis is an excellent care provider. I love that. She is proactive, compassionate and caring and extremely knowledgeable in her position. I highly recommend her.

    Tami Lewis was good listener. I was referred to LPG from the [ ] to see a physician. They were all booked so I was scheduled with the NP. She was very capable but I still would like to see a Dr based on my past history

    Very little help in treatment. No resolution after 3 mo. Ms Lewis also sent rx to the wrong pharmacy twice then proceeded to be rude to patient by calling and scolding as if communicating to her a correction was a problem. Unbelievable
