  The medical assistant was very friendly and calming as my daughter was nervous about the appt. The doctor was very professional, kind and explained in detail regarding test results and treatments. Very nice experience.

  The front office staff did not even acknowledge me as I was standing and waiting to check in. I know they have other responsibilities other than check in, but a simple or quick acknowledgement of me would have been nice. She was on the phone and clearly on hol d; not even talking to anyone. I was standing in front of her and she refused to even glance up at me. I finally just went and sat down after a few minutes. Again, I understand they are busy, but a simple “I'll be right with you” would have been the right thing to do. I have no problem waiting would never complain about a long wait time. I have worked in a doctor office for more than a decade. I understand how hectic it can be. I still think that common courtesy should be given though. ... See more

  Dr Onal is the best doctor I've ever had. I've been visiting different doctors and cardiologists trying to get diagnosed and advice with autonomic dysfunction, POTS, and Dr Onal has been a huge help in finally getting control of what's been going on with me.
