    Teri was very helpful. She explained everything to me . She spent a lot of time with me and did not rush me. She let me ask questions and answered them in a way that made sense to me.

Teri took the rine to explain the results and was very apologetic for it. Happy she understood my frus tration and helped me understand my results.
